Our company (IMS CAPITAL SRL) coordinates a private membership organization (called GROUP) for accredited investors only. We specialize in finding private companies that meet a specific criteria outlined by GROUP and, upon completion of an extensive due diligence, target deals are then introduced to investors prior to going public. Included in our “go public” model, the management has built relationships with a qualified “team” with a track record of executing efficiently. This “team” includes securities attorneys, SEC approved accountants, market makers, broker dealers and other industry professionals that help us accomplish this goal. Each GROUP member will have the opportunity to invest minimal amounts ranging from 50 000 euro to 1 000 000 euro at the Pre-IPO level in these companies for a total capitalization of approximately 1 000 000 to 3 000 000 euro per deal. IMS Capital is postured to assist 6 to 10 companies per a year through this intense growth process.
